Finally the sun! Our first nice day in southern California came yesterday.

Also, the final four CMP’s got started:

CMP 6 Chair: Scott Cline, Staff Liaison: Dick Roux, Comments: 80
CMP 9 Chair: Dave Humphrey, Staff Liaison: Allen Fraser, Comments: 80
CMP 11 Chair: John Thompson, Staff Liaison: Michael Fontaine, Comments: 38
CMP 19 Chair: Leslie Sabin Mercado, Staff Liaison: Bob Benedetti, Comments: 43

Many panel meetings had a ton of fresh faces. In fact, Panel 6 had 2 presentations that were standing room only!

These three senior police officers presided over child protection teams in the north west OCU, which lacked proper management systems and where overworked front-line staff were left to muddle through as best they could
